Mintoss Lures – Wholesale Account Terms & Conditions

1. Account Terms

1.1. Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers only.
1.2. All orders are subject to approval and product availability.

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1. Wholesale pricing applies to approved accounts only.
2.2. A 30-day payment term applies from the date of invoice.
2.3. Payments must be made via bank transfer.
2.4. Late payments may incur interest charges of 9.5%p.a and/or account suspension.

3. Shipping & Freight

3.1. Freight costs are the responsibility of the account holder.
3.2. Orders will be shipped via the Australia post with considerations to the most cost-effective option.
3.3. Mintoss Pty Ltd is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost shipments once the order has been dispatched. All efforts will be made to recover the order with the carrier.

4. Returns & Warranty

4.1. Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items reported within 1 days of delivery.
4.2. Items must be returned promptly in original packaging.
4.3. Refunds or replacements are at Mintoss Pty Ltd’s discretion.

5. Stock Availability

5.1. Backorders will be fulfilled as stock becomes available unless otherwise requested.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

6.1. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
6.2. Mintoss Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice.
